  1. \u00a0Legal framework. Our terms of sale come within the legal framework of the <\/span><\/span><\/span>convention of Vienna, except for particular provisions mentionned hereafter<\/span>.

  2. \u00a0Obligations of the seller. Operative event. The sale contract is perfect after the <\/span><\/span><\/span>seller accepted in all its terms and only in its terms the purchase order issued <\/span><\/span><\/span>by the buyer.<\/span>

  3. Obligations of the buyer. Operative event. The obligations of the buyer are <\/span><\/span><\/span>born after the transmission to the seller of the purchase order by email, provided that this purchase order was accepted by the seller in all its terms, also by <\/span><\/span><\/span>email, and that this acceptance was received by the buyer.<\/span>

  4. Transfert of the risk relating to the integrity of the product. The risk relating to <\/span><\/span><\/span>the integrity of the product will be transferred from the seller to the buyer in accordance with the Standard of Incoterms 2020 defined by the International <\/span><\/span><\/span>Chamber of Commerce.<\/span>

  5. Settlement of possible disputes. All disputes that could occur in connection <\/span><\/span><\/span>with the present terms of sale or in connection with contracts concluded within <\/span><\/span><\/span>the framework of the present terms of sale will be settled definitively by arbitration according to the arbitration rules of the International Chamber of Commerce by one or more arbitrators named in accordance with these rules.<\/span>
