\u00a0<\/p>

  1. Cadre Juridique. Le cadre juridique qui s’applique \u00e0 nos conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de vente est, sauf dispositions particuli\u00e8res ci-apr\u00e8s, celui de la convention de Vienne.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  2. Obligations du vendeur. Fait g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur. Le contrat de vente est parfait d\u00e8s l’acceptation par le vendeur dans tous ses termes et seulement dans ses termes du bon de commande \u00e9mis par l’acheteur.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  3. Obligations de l’acheteur. Fait g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur. Les obligations de l’acheteur naissent d\u00e8s la transmission de son bon de commande par courrier \u00e9lectronique au vendeur, pourvu que ce dernier en manifeste l’acceptation dans tous ses termes, \u00e9galement par courrier \u00e9lectronique, et que cette acceptation soit bien re\u00e7ue par l’acheteur.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  4. Transfert du risque relatif \u00e0 l’int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du produit. Le risque relatif \u00e0 l’int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du produit sera transf\u00e9r\u00e9 du vendeur \u00e0 l’acheteur conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la Norme des Incoterms 2010 d\u00e9finie par La Chambre de Commerce Internationale.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  5. R\u00e8glement des \u00e9ventuels diff\u00e9rends. Tous diff\u00e9rends pouvant survenir \u00e0 l’occasion des contrats conclu dans le cadre des pr\u00e9sentes conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de vente seront tranch\u00e9s d\u00e9finitivement par voie d’arbitrage suivant le r\u00e8glement d’arbitrage de la chambre de commerce internationale par un ou plusieurs arbitres nomm\u00e9s conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 ce r\u00e8glement.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol>
